The Etiquette of Using Bike Racks

With an increasing number of cyclists out on our roads bike racks are often in short supply. Wherever cyclists seek to park their bikes without racks in place, it can lead to conflict with other cyclists and members of the local community. This is a shame; cycling is a great way to promote health and reduce traffic congestion in our urban areas.
